Does God Desire All People To Be Saved?

What a great question! Have you ever thought about that? This is an especially important question for those who hold to a reformed, Calvanistic theology. If God does not save all people does He then not desire that all people be saved? Does God have two wills? Can we even begin to attribute a human emotion like grief or gladness to a transcendent, perfect Being? R.C. Sproul takes a stab at this question in the video below. I like his answer a lot.
